  1. None of what was promised has taken effect. Was supposed to have had them in the beginning stages vetting and adding suppliers. They got me 2, then told me they couldn’t get anything from these suppliers for 2 months yet didn’t add anymore. And their accounting didn’t take into consideration any of the shipping expenses. Started in August with drop shipping switched to wholesale model in November and it took till May before they started. They bought some products that just didn’t sell. A monkey could have picked better than they did. Terrible customer service too. Just a rip off company.

  2. So I bough in with my daughter’s college fund because a guarantee is a guarantee right? I figured she would be able to go to college and we could have some nice vacations also! Well thank you Steven Mayer, my daughter will either be taking out student loans or not going to college And we likely won’t have a family vacation at least for the next 5 years if ever. I’m out the original $30k plus around $10k of inventory that kind of just sits at amazon waiting to expire or possibly sell at extremely low profit levels. I had very high hopes and have seen nothing but disappointment. I’m working overtime and a second job to try to pay off the credit card that was used for inventory. Our life was pretty good until Steven Mayer ruined it with his lies and obvious greed and lack of planning. I hope this can retrieve even a portion of my ill made investment. Heck, I’d be happy just to see the man in the slammer for a while. One thing I will note is that someone should tell the attorney that he is a Canadian, I think that’s what he said at the beginning..:.. just in case he tries to leave the country, if he hasn’t already. Also, I’d like to hire a PI if anyone else is interested. Follow the guy and see what he’s doing with all of our money that he stole.

  3. I am ready to join this class action lawsuit as well. Nothing he said would happen has happened. my email is Ganettecgiuliano@gmail.com I was going to go with Kevin Davids Automation which I think is called AMC but choose to go with Steven Mayor. Mad decision on my part. May I ask everyone on here who was the main persons name you spoke to that got you all signed up? My guy’s name was Devin. Just msg’d him today to see if he could help. His response to me was they are not taking on any more clients so Steven let the sales team go

    1. Just FYI, Kevin David ended up being a sham also, unfortunately. Steven Mayer messed up on this one because I personally am very well funded and he robbed my mother of her retirement account. He will pay for this. If you’re reading this Steven, I’M COMING FOR YA!

    2. I asked my sales guy if he was still selling for Valiant and he said yes. (this was after I went to Valiant’s webpage and tried to “book a call” and it would not let me. This alone told me someone was not telling the truth. How could a sales guy still be booking clients for Valiant if the calendar to book calls isn’t even active? I also asked him how his personal store was coming along–he said he has money tied up right now and couldn’t move forward.

  4. I had a talk with one of the account managers who was honest with me. He basically said that managing these accounts are her livelihood and Steven Mayer robbed everyone of their money but she is trying her best to make the customers happy despite what Steven did. She said that the sales people made several thousand dollars per sale and were instructed to do anything possible to make the sale including gross exaggerations of expectations. We the customers were not the only ones screwed over, Steven sold a lie to his “employees” also. Quite the scam artist. Let’s take this all the way and file both civil and criminal charges. This man needs to be locked away for ruining the lives of good people.

  5. I’m the same bout as everyone else, broken promises on a 100% risk free money back guarantee investment from Steven Mayer. I joined over 15 months ago just to get ignored and my store barely worked on, lost a huge amount of money in the process. The inventory they purchased is mostly still in their warehouses.

Steven Mayer and the other two owners Mike Fisher and Justin Preer planned this exit scam a long time ago. First they stopped the “client support/help” calls they had and said if you’d like to book a call do it through the email support, so they wouldn’t have phone help anymore. Then he stopped refunding clients or offering partial refunds because their stores made no money or lost money and his legal team wouldn’t respond to anyone. Then he made a bunch more facebook video ads and tossed a huge amount of money into them with fake likes and positive comments from his sales team to try and sell as many stores as he could before they pulled out. Then they stopped replying to negative reviews/complaints on trustpilot and BBB. They also shut down the BBB for the Canada company to try and hide the negative reviews and open the USA BBB business, but then they were getting negative reviews and complaints there too so they stopped responding the all of them. Then Steven deleted or made private all the Automation series videos on YouTube. Remember the case study videos and he was supposed to give away that successful store? Never happened, all gone. Then he shut off the “book a call” for potential clients (on the .co site) just prior to pulling the plug. At the same time, he completely took off the valiantconsultants.net (not .co) website where there was information for current and potential clients, it now is redirected to clickfunnels and I think it’ll forever be discontinued. After the recent scam videos came out online (coffeezilla) they sent an email to us all saying its not true and they are working hard on all the stores. This is planned well because no one can see the back end and if they “work” on fulfilling some orders and just slowly stop everything it will be gradual and eventually just completely fade away without a trace.

I’m looking forward to the lawsuit and glad everyone is coming together for it. I’m sure some of us have access to spread this on various media outlets, not just youtube (video already has 80k views so I’m sure coverage on this story could get some attention if launched correctly). I’m fairly sure they signed up well over 1200 stores on the conservative end which is $36 Million just in start up fees at 30k a store. Not to mention all the other extras that basically everyone else had to do to start. I don’t even want to get into how overpriced all the business set up things were. Tax exemption and an LLC set up for like 3k -4kUSD? All through friends and everyone gets a cut on their side, of course. Monthly start up fees for $500 for 3 months, there is another $1500 a head which is another 1.8mill on the 1200 stores. Also the shipping fees for products had mistakes that if people didn’t catch they would be overcharged, plus the 30%-40% of profits for the “management fees” were inaccurate I saw through a few people who sent me their numbers so I wouldn’t be surprised if they overcharged those unless someone crunched their numbers. Then there is the lost inventory, who knows where it all ended up. What a mess.

Also, apart from Steven Mayer, we need to include his business partners Mike Fisher and Justin Preer in the lawsuit because they all are part owners and blocked/ignored me when they could have done the right thing but chose not to. I get replies from support that says I need to contact the legal team and they can’t help me. Well here is the catch, I’ve constantly been emailing their legal team for 2 straight months and never got 1 single reply back. Disgraceful.

  6. What is the cost of being a part of the Class Action Lawsuit? Obviously lawyers would be involved…..I don’t want to blindly sign up for something and be out thousands more unknowingly.

For my part, I have filed a complaint (not a comment) on the FLORIDA BBB site for Valiant, I have opened an investigation with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), as well as filed a complaint with the Miami Attorney General’s Office (online). I think if everyone here on the Class Action Lawsuit ALSO did these steps it would only make the case stronger. Imagine a company having just 2 BBB complaints or well over 100+ BBB complaints and so forth. Makes a huge difference. And the FTC is federal. I paid via wire. If it can be proven the intent was to fraud or deceive prospects (deceitful claims with no merit), that’s wire fraud which is a felony. Take any and all steps! They aren’t hard and all 3 steps took me just an hour to do.

Also, btw, about a week or so after I filed all these, Valiant made the first purchases on my store. First ever. Coincidence? Now I don’t know what to do regarding the $1200 invoice I have been sent. The product is crap. Not name brand high sellers as marketed to me when selling Valiant’s services.

The package cost 30k still with kevin david & steven mayer duo team and i’ve heard KD is using a new sales agency to do the calls. I opened two accounts with steven maye and haven’t made a sale for the last 9 months. Currently have a PI hired to see what Steven Mayer is doing with all of our money.

They’re both renting a unit inside the porsche tower like another commentator mentioned. Can’t believe they are making posts for others to see after the scam steven pulled through. 10. We’ve found that Steven Mayer has been looking at a few multifamily commercial properties in the Florida area since August of this year. It looks like he’s been trying to use our money into investing into hard assets. We’ve hired a lawyer and are in process of sending them a letter. Even though he’s still selling his automation system through Kevin David it’s sad to see he’s rejecting and ignoring most of our emails with respect to issuing a refund and an apology letter to those he’s scammed.

I asked to speak to kevin or steven to see a contract, but they hung up after mentioning the scam done by steven mayer. Is there a way we can cover our money through Kevin if steven is using the money made from his scam to run ads with kevin david?

We are happy to help if you ever want to try Automation with a reputable company.

    1. This is completely false. Spoke to John Daley and the stories we are hearing is completely the opposite. One of the main reasons Kevin david moved into the porsche tower is so that he and Kevin davids new venture with Steven Mayer valiant consultant can take off where Steven left off.

If you search for ‘Rory Mouttet’ You will see he is a closer for Kevin David & Steven Mayer and gets a % fee for every person he brings into to Kevin David & Steven Mayer Automation program. There has also been a video with beau Crabil who exposes Kevin David through a zoom chat showing that he and steven mayer of valiant consultants are in fact connected through social media messages (FB Chat and Slack) go figure.

    2. First off Rory, this is the last place to throw in a “want to try Automation” hook. If you have the slightest bit of awareness; the majority of people in here don’t post/comment, but if you can believe it or not, they don’t have another 30k, 40k, 50k + to light on fire at some “reputable” Automation deal after being scammed of their life savings, high interest loan, retirement money, college funds, etc, just to find its way back into Steven Mayer’s pocket.

I agree with Matt R, that Kevin and Steven are working together and I’m sure not many will believe anything you say without extensive proof. We would be happy to review some legal documents if Kevin is willing to send us every single corporation structure/addition of shareholder that was formed/altered dated back to start/mid 2020 when we know Steven was planning his exit scam for Valiant Consultants and “Building in silence so they don’t know where to attack” – Quote by Steve M on social media just before he exited.

Just an timely odd coincidence at the same time the valiantconsultants.co site “Book a Call” (for new Automation Clients to talk to closers) was taken down, the NEW Kevin David Automation was getting up and starting to book calls? I went through the questions before you book a call on Kevin’s site yesterday, every single question and answer (down to the letter) was a copy from Steven / Valiant’s site. When I booked a call and mentioned my knowing of Steven being involved, the closer just ghosted me (a very frequent go-to action from every single person I’ve talked to in these trash businesses). If you had a reputable company and the closer knew Steven wasn’t involved, he would have responded and said so. Like Janice Lee said – she talked to another closer and they confirmed its a joint venture.

To be completely honest, the 40k I was scammed is the last thing on my mind. What truly disgusts me is the tens of millions of dollars of hundreds of other people’s money that was fraudulently talked into handing over for something that was eventually turned into DUST by Steven without a flinch of guilt. Valiantconsults.co site is a dead skeleton just for show, Valiantconsultants.net is completely gone, any trace of the company was wiped away and now Steven is cowardly hiding, deleting his videos, making all socials private, ghosting, using our money to run ads, buying property and pushing the same Automation pitch with Kevin to soak up every last drop. These are peoples lives, not refunding them is inhumane.

  13. Our overall experience is a nightmare with Valiant. , We feel like we’ve been taken for granted and hustled. We were lied to from day 1. We were promised ourbusiness with start immediately. We contacted them multiple times asking about a money back guarantee. They said there was none, however before we signed up they said it was. We have given all of our savings and have nothing to show for it. They lied and took our money. So angry. $15,000 gone overnight just like that. My life is changed forever. Valiant is a false company that is deliberately lying to people to get large sums of money. Mika Carter, at least that’s the name given to us, is part of this elaborate scheme.

I am not getting any response to my emails, I have lost stock, charges on my credit cards with no matching invoices, stock that has expired, pricing errors… the list goes on, everything they told me would be 100% automated is NOT. I am retired and signed up for this because it would be automated, i am struggling with navigating the Amazon websites and the FBA support websites and difficulty understanding it all. I was not prepared to have to go back to school to this Amazon store. So now I get zero replys to my requests for help and nothing is being done on my store. 2. Hi Rosemarie,

Yes, I removed / closed all permissions from valiant because all they did was lose money from the products that made it in stock or purchase more inventory that I never received. You can take back the store whenever you would like, it is your choice.

As other people have mentioned in this thread (and Heather commented below), Steven is either ignoring, ghosting clients or moving them over to be under Kevin David’s business (that he owns a part of) which means Valiant is already or soon to be intentionally dissolved/bankrupt and the clients are left hanging. While Kevin David is still signing people up through his website. If you have not already joined the lawsuit (form link at top of the page), that is an option as well.

  25. They took your initial payment as a wire transfer. This makes a criminal case federal if it can be pushed there. Unfortunately, many will not see a dime even in a class action. A more appropriate approach would probably be to report to the federal government as a ponzi scheme. Once it is Federal, he will not be able to flee to Canada as Canada is an extradition country, and Wire fraud, as well as ponzi schemes are serious felonies.

I have been more fortunate than others on here, as I have had some contact with people inside that are really trying to help. Unfortunately, I think they are overwhelmed and not enough good people for everyone. I’m still riding this out, nervously, but I do feel for those that have fallen victim and now feel helpless. I do have a lot of information I can share, but not on an open blog site. These are being monitored by Valiant, I’m sure which is why many of you are no longer getting responses.

  26. I worked as a VA for valiant, and can tell you Steven and the team are watching over this page very closely. Some of the VA’s feel bad for what has happened to many of you but unfortunately without pursuing them legally the chances of you recouping your money is non-existent. As others have mentioned Steven was very money hungry from the start and we did not have the foundation to support over 5 clients at a time. As more and more clients came in there was far too much work to be done and that’s why valiant chose this as an exit strategy.

    2. Sorry – you’re going to need to offer more proof than just a post under an anonymous name.

If you really are a VA then you and the others need to tell Steven and Valiant management that they need to put out more communications to store owners.

There was a time back in April right before the new site was launched where Steven sent out a couple of emails — then it dried up again.

No communication means that people start passing rumors that then become accepted facts. If you do work there and feel bad for us, then grow some balls and tell Steven to send out a communication – either the company is still in business or is going under and here is the plan. Simple.

  27. Hi All

I have been a Valiant store owner for almost a year now. My story is similar to a number of you guys. I took out a loan to start a DS store and was then up sold to a AA store. I was slow in submitting my paperwork, so my store didn’t really get started until Jan/Feb of this year. In April I seemed to get some traction and they ordered about $25K of inventory – some good sellers but many duds that have had no sales.

Compared to some of you I’ve been fortunate to make about $500-$900 store profit in the past 3-4 months. However this will never make back my initial investment and after I deduct the expenses (software, time, etc) I am definitely making a loss. This has become a second job for me and is nowhere near an automated store. I regret taking this on but am stuck now and feeling very very hopeless.

Stupidly I actually think the model could work if Valiant had stopped earlier with taking on customers and gotten the process down. Maybe 20-50 stores and then increased the price later when they had a proven working automated model. They got greedy and took too much on. They are also absolutely shit at communicating what they are doing.

Is Valiant really going out of business? My store manager was usually pretty responsive but lately hasn’t been returning my emails.

Does anyone have a contact # to talk to someone?

Has anyone successfully received their initial investment back?

How did you get your store moved to the other guy? In reading about him, plenty of people say he’s just as sleazy.

    Thanks
    HG

  28. HiredGun – of course the VA will not be telling Steven and Valiant management to put out more communication to store owners, Steven doesn’t listen to anyone and definitely not a VA. There is a difference between “their business is going under” and “they took 30 million dollars and are peacing the fuck out”, which is the latter in this case. Your message sounds as if you are not up to date with what is happening. No, there is no support # to call. No, no one is getting their investment back from them willingly. They are not going to “grow some balls” and communicate with clients because that gives clients more information so they are staying quiet as possible because of the lawsuit and what they are doing is NOT legal. And yes “Sully” – they actually have been and currently are executing an exit strategy like we have outlined in previous comments on this blog. They have abandoned Valiant Consultants and are moving sheep clients to be under Kevin David’s Automation scam now to separate from the old corporation and to change the face of the company so they can still make money on new people signing up on http://officialkevindavid.com *if you go here and click “Partner With Kevin” > ” Amazon Automation” > Put in Email > Click Become a Partner > Click Claim Free Strategy Session > you can book a call with Kevin’s VAs (closers) which are technically Valiants new team and closers. In my opinion, we should be booking every single time slot every single day for these calls so there is no availability, to put an end to their Automation funnel that still has unknowing NEW people sign up everyday, get talked into the fairy tail we all did and flush 30k+ in the toilet, which a portion makes it into Steven’s pockets. I think its ridiculous it is still openly operating.

Anyways on my previous point – some of Valiants current clients will move their store over because they think they have no other option and are scared to lose the money. Others will come here and join the lawsuit, it seems you are in between both and hoping Steven or Valiant will be open and honest. I can guarantee they are the most unethical pieces of scum on the planet and your store is going to lose money under Steven or switching to Kevin and they will eventually never talk or respond to your concerns if you bring up this fact, like the majority of us have already experienced.

Most of the VA’s, Steven Mayer, Mike Fisher, Justin Preer, Kevin David and the people who work for them read every comment on this blog, which is fine they can all go fuck themselves. But when a VA says something, it is best to listen since they are most likely trying to help and give information willingly. It shows there are people working for them who do not agree with what they are being paid to do (knowingly scam people). The VA is 100% correct, recouping the investment without legal action won’t be happening, it is good advice, that is why we are only extensively focusing on
legal action because communicating with Valiant gets us nowhere. This blog was set up for clients just like yourself to read through and get caught up on the situation so you can understand that all options (except legal action) have been exhausted to where there is no point to try anymore, so you have an easy option to join us in lawsuit group (form at the top). Did you invest like $50k and made a loss of profit on your store? It is clear as day with hundreds of other people with that same story that they cannot run profitable stores at scale, so lets do everything we can to get our investments back.
